Pardon the pun, but this really is a Sweet Suite. All of the items that are included from the trinkets to laser-cut cards (you will see those tomorrow!) match so well and present lovely cards.
One of Stampin’ Up’s illustrators drew the stamp and Designer Series Paper (DSP) images. They were then handed over to the concept art department where each image was colored using Stampin’ Blends. Next, one of their designers scanned the hand-colored designs to edit, duplicate, and fine-tune colored images for the DSP.
We try to show cards for beginner, casual and avid crafters. Today I’m showing you a beginner level sample and tomorrow I’ll use the same suite to show a casual style.

I used Pool Party card stock as my base, a little of the ribbon from the suite (all of the items are also available separately but as a suite you save 10%), stamped some flowers from the set and fussy cut them, then stamped my sentiment. Then I sponged a little Pool Party and Daffodil Delight on the flowers and added a sequin. I punched some leaves and die cut my sentiment. I adhered the sentiment as two of the flowers with dimensionals and the rest with tape. And, finally, I applied tape to the back of this panel and adhered it to the Pool Party base. I think someone would be happy to receive this card, don’t you?
Tune in tomorrow to see how I kick it up a notch!
