Capture the Good is such a fun set and so versatile. Being from a family of photographers, this set jumped out at me the first time I viewed the catalog. We used it at this month’s card club to make a shutter card. We used it last year to make a waterfall card where pictures of the cows from the Over the Moon set flipped but today I’m showing a simple card made with this set and a few cute little meerkats (The Gang’s All Meer) you can get free with a $50 order during Sale-A-Bration, which ends at the end of the month.
FRONT: I used Coastal Cabana card stock and stamped comments from the set in VersaMark I stamped two of the camera image on Whisper White and colored with light and dark Gray Granite Stampin’ Blends. I also stamped the lens area two more times and then the small lens with heart. I cut them in successive sizes and stacked them with mini Dimensionals. The little meerkat was hand cut and placed above the camera.
INSIDE: The group of meerkats was lightly colored with varying Stampin’ Blends and placed behind the camera to be adhered to the card. The ‘from all of us’ is from the meerkat set; however, the Happy Birthday is from the Special Someone Set. They did seem to match well though!
