Cutting instructions for top panel: On the 5-1/4″ side make a mark 1-1/4″ from each edge. Mark the middle at 2-5/8″ and measure 1-1/4″ into the middle of the paper. Cut the middle line and fold the edges back to the 1-1/4″ mark at approximately at 45 degree angle.
